Terms and Conditions of Vyapar Solutions

General

Please carefully review these Terms of Service (“Agreement”). This Agreement forms a legal contract between the User and Vyapar. By accepting it electronically (such as by clicking “I Agree”), installing, accessing, or using the Services, the User consents to these terms. If the User does not agree with this Agreement, they are not permitted to use the Services. This License Agreement is governed by and interpreted under the laws of INDIA.

These terms may be revised periodically in the future. Users are encouraged to review our Terms and Conditions frequently by checking this page. By continuing to access or use the service, the User acknowledges and accepts any changes.

Terms and Description of Services

We offer a variety of services, including inventory management, invoicing, reporting tools, and estimate/order form creation, designed to function as comprehensive business management software (“Service” or “Services”). Users may utilize these Services for personal use, business purposes, or within the organization they represent. The application can be downloaded from the official website or Google Play Store via the internet. After download, the application can be used offline without an internet connection. Users can create and add content to their account while offline, but they are responsible for securing internet access and a compatible device to use the Services.

Note: Vyapar strives to help businesses comply with taxation and other legal requirements, but it is the User’s responsibility to ensure they remain compliant with GST and other laws imposed by the government. Vyapar is not liable for any compliance violations caused by the software.

For subscription-based software services purchased through Vyapar, the license validity period will begin within 60 days from the purchase date. Vyapar reserves the right to extend or shorten this grace period at its discretion.

Business Data and Privacy

The User is solely responsible for keeping their username, password, and other sensitive information confidential. They are accountable for all actions taken through their account and agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use by emailing help@vyaparsolutions.com or calling the numbers provided on Vyapar Solutions website. We are not liable for any loss or damage to the User or any third party resulting from unauthorized access or use of their account. Additionally, we are not responsible for data loss, as it is the User’s responsibility to perform necessary backups. Vyapar is not liable for any data discrepancies or losses caused by data discrepancies or software issues.

Data Ownership

The User retains ownership of any content they create or store, as we respect their right to control their own content. By using the Services, the User grants Vyapar a license to use, reproduce, adapt, modify, publish, or distribute the content they create or store in their account, strictly for Vyapar’s internal purposes. While Vyapar makes efforts to protect Users’ data, it assumes no liability in the event of data breaches.

Permissions

Camera: The app uses the camera to capture images of bills and other documents to be attached to transactions.

Contacts: The app gathers contact information, such as the number of contacts on the device, whether they have phone numbers or not. Additionally, the app collects non-personal data to assess the user’s risk profile and facilitate credit services. However, the app does not upload personal contact details, such as names, phone numbers, or email addresses, to our servers.

Storage: The app collects metadata from files on your device, including file names, types, creation times, and last modified times, for enhancing your credit profile.

Location: The app collects location data to verify your address, ensure service availability, and detect unusual activity to prevent fraud. Location data is not collected when the app is running in the background.

SMS: The app collects SMS data, such as sender names, message content, and timestamps, to analyze your income and spending habits, and to automatically fetch expenses, bills, and credits. It does not access personal or OTP messages.

Device and Personal Info: The app collects and monitors specific details about your phone number, device (such as hardware model, masked phone number, OS version, IMEI, and serial number), and user profile to uniquely identify the device and prevent unauthorized access or fraud.

Accounts: The app collects and monitors account information, including account names and types, on your device to enhance your credit profile.

Apps: The app collects information about installed apps on your device to understand your profile, allowing for quicker approvals and higher credit limits.

Call Logs: The app uses call logs to verify your phone number via missed calls. It also gathers aggregated call data to understand your profile, enabling faster approvals and increased credit limits. The app does not access personal phone numbers or other sensitive information.

Refund, Cancellation, and Renewal Policies

Eligibility for Full Refund: Customers can receive a full refund if they submit a refund request via email or through our website within 7 days of purchase.

How to Request a Refund: To request a refund, please submit your request either through email or on our website.

Refund Policy for Specific Purchases: Our refund policy only covers purchases with a term of one year or more.

Non-Refundable Fees: Convenience fees are non-refundable in the case of license cancellation.

Manual License Renewal: Our system does not automatically renew licenses. Customers must manually renew their license when it expires to maintain service.
